It is important that clients review all insurance correspondence they receive from their insurance provider as they may be required to provide additional information before claims can be processed. Clients should contact their insurance provider as soon as possible with any additional information they may require. If the client’s insurance provider does not receive the requested information and denies payment, the client will be responsible for 100% of the service charge.
